Setting the Stage

Use real sea shells and drape fish net on the table and around the area for the party. Use bright colored table cloths and hang  flip flop lights (inside or out) to set the scene.

If it’s outside with a pool then blow up a number of beach balls and float them in the pool.

Fun Sweets & Party Snacks

Smoothies are fun pool party drinks. And there are tons of recipes online. You could also  have a bowl of  summer punch with flip flop ice-cubes floating in it.

Try baked chicken strips coated with crushed cornflakes and parmesan with a few choices of dipping sauce in small Dixie cups.

Pizza breadsticks with pizza sauce for dipping is also a great finger food.

Have lots of water handy to prevent dehydration–particularly when they’re outside. You can use these Water Bottle Labels to continue your  party theme.

Flip Flop Favors & Novelties

You’ll be the  hostess with the mostest when the girls put on their Flip Flop Sandal Necklaces and watch them ham it up for the camera with Neon Sunglass favors.

Always a favorite–gum to chew and a case to keep Flip Flop Roll Tape Gum

Flip Flop Stickers can be easily customized. You can stick a sheet in their grab bag, use them as cupcake toppers, stick them on the tops of peppermint patties and there are so many other uses.

Flip Flop Activities

Buy basic plain flip flops in bright colors and have the kids decorate their own to wear at the party.  Have a number of fabric paint tubes handy to glue on the rhinestones, bead etc.

Be toe-tally terrific and have the girls paint and decorate their toenails. Of course the DIY depends on their ages. You might want to have other mother’s there to help with decorating the girl’s toenails and other activities. Helpers will help keep down the spills and  you’ll get to  breathe and enjoy the party too.

If you’re in a hurry or don’t feel like cooking, try Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies. Coat them with vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark ) and decorated with the licorice laces. Then have the kids decorate the flip flop cookies with candy coated chocolate baking bits and other neat edibles.

If you have the time you could make sugar cookies in the shape of Flip Flops, ice them and put the licorice laces on.  Have a number of icing tubes in bright colors and bowls of yummy and pretty cookie toppings for the kids to decorate their flip flop cookies.

Make sure there’s enough for them to eat and to take some home to treat.
